21時30分過ぎに初訪問です。８割の入りとなかなかの人気店。カウンターに案内され、スパークリングから。
カキのアヒージョ。周りを焼き旨みをうまく閉じ込めてとても味わい深いカキ。白ワイン＝シャルドネをグラスで一緒に頂きます。
田舎風気まぐれサラダは、ドレッシングがさっぱりと濃厚から選択できますが、濃厚はゴマとのことで、さっぱりを選択します。結構ボリューミィーで、さっぱりドレッシングがいい感じ。
次はスモークサーモンのパテ。パンがついていて、それに塗っていただくのも良し。そのままワインといただくのでも、スモーキー感があっていい感じです。
グラタンも美味しいですね。
そして折角なので、こちら名物の炭火焼きをいただくことに。ちょうど蝦夷鹿があるようのなので、そちらにします。もちろん、ワインは赤でシラーにします。40分ほどかかるとのことなので、早めの注文。洋風ワサビと塩でいただきます。さすがに時間をかけてじっくりと焼かれただけあり、周りはしっかりと焼かれていますが、中はレアで、臭みもなく柔らかく、ジューシーです。
最後は、生ハムとパルミジャーノのリゾットに。新潟産のリゾット用の米とのことです。
パルミジャーノがやはり美味しいですね。
これで一人5000円。満足感が高いお店でした。
