甲州街道沿いにある人気 生姜醤油専門ラーメン処
先日訪店した初台店は、燕三条背脂煮干醤油らーめん。
本店は、長岡 生姜醤油らーめん。
ビミョーにちゃう。

初台店同様、たっぷり背脂ぷかぷか浮いちゃってる。
トッピン具は、卸生姜、チャーシュー2枚、岩海苔介、ナルト、支那竹、ネギ。
スープごっくん。
あ、あ、あ、あっさり まいぅ～。
生姜パンチきーちっててとってもあっさり系の醤油お味しちゃってる。
見た目ギャップがスゲ～。
麺は、細波打ち系麺。
この麺がスープとよい絡み具合でグッド。
中盤、備付の卸生姜を追加
更に生姜感アップ。
この らーめん うめーな。
