Came here for drinks with friends. A restaurant where you can enjoy Kumamoto's horse sashimi and sake. What you should definitely order is the assorted 9 types of horse sashimi. The visuals are spectacular, and the joy of being able to taste and compare so many different parts. Every part is delicious. Local chicken Amakusa Daioh The sashimi is fresh and has a great balance of texture and softness. I'm glad I ordered this too. This shop has a variety of Kumamoto sake. There were probably about 7 or 8 types. The Kameman was surprisingly dry, and I had the impression that all the flavors had a sharp taste that I never got tired of drinking. Enjoyed horse sashimi paradise with sake from Kumamoto.
