本日の1次会でこちらに伺いました。
地下1階ということで降りてみたのですが、案内板にはお店の名前が載っておらずどうしたものかと…
奥へ進むと生ビールの樽がたくさん置いてあったのでこれだなという確信を得てお店に入ります。
クラフトビール専門店、尚且つ禁煙という自分にはありがたいセットのお店は家の近くにはないかなぁ
頂いたのは志賀高原のIPA と スタウト。
日本酒も造っているこちらは非常に高水準で安定した味。
知名度もなかなか高くなってきてます。
スタウトは流石のボディ感。アルコール度数は10度。
パワフルな苦味とコクが口いっぱいに広がります。
ポテトサラダは里芋？で作った粘りのある面白い味で美味しい。
ソーセージは骨付きです。 やはりビールにはソーセージは非常に相性が良い。
