初台にあるイタリアン。あまり降り立ったことがない駅。
オペラシティを右手み見て、お店へと歩いていきます。
駅から５分ぐらいかな。行ったことがない街にいくと少しワクワクします。
ここのイタリアンは都立大学にも系列店があり、ランチは１３００円～と
軽めなランチをやっています。今回はメインまで付いた４５００円のコースに。
ネットで予約しました。カウンターがあるので、1人でもサクッと行きやすい。
個室もあるようです。フレンチも感じるイタリアンとのこと。
ジビエもやっていて、狩猟であり釣りもやっているシェフのよう。
楽しみに訪問しました。ソムリエさんも丁寧。でもノンアルコールビール。
まずはアミューズは雲丹や野菜の層になっていて優しい味わい。
前菜はけっこうボリュームがあり、これ、魚のメイン料理？って思ってしまうほど。
真鯛をカダイフの衣で揚げ、ソースも凝っていました。
パスタはカラスミがちりばめられたキッタラ。
ホテルイカとキャベツ。春を感じるパスタでした。
パスタなモチッと。カラスミの塩けが丁度いい。
メイン料理は豚の赤身の煮込み料理でフレンチのよう。
ソースがまったりと豚にからみ、濃厚。レンコンチップスの食感がアクセント。
パンも自家製でした。気軽なランチにも、友人ともふったりとしたランチにも
オペラシティに行く前、後のランチ、ディナーにもよさそう。
思っていたよりも本格的な料理で、サービスでした。
地元だったら通いそう。
