【D'ORO HATSUDAI】
さんにお伺いさせていただきました、
場所は、初台になります、ふどう通り商店街の中です、
外観は、商店街沿いの中で、シンプルな外装がお洒落な感じです、
内装は、カウンター席、テーブル席、個室もございます、
初台で定期的に血抜きをしており、予約前にランチで訪問となります。
知人が賞賛していたので認知しており、ランチで予約が取れたので訪問に、
料理長は、嶽本宜明さん
モダンフレンチのエッセンスを加えたイタリア料理のコースになります、
ジビエ料理がメインになります。

正直な感想として、当たりです
コースは素晴らしいと思います、
メインのジビエ、Pasta、リゾット、出来が良く
かなりの高レベルだと思います、
ただ、
ランチは満席で、Pastaのみの方が中心になるので、
とても賑やかで喧しく、隣りのOLの声が煩くて驚きます、
また、コースは提供までかなり間が空きます（涙）
時間をずらしたら良かったですね、、、
この質であれば
夜にpairingで訪問したいですね。
再訪したくなる、
