GW皮切り、どこかでホリデーらしいお食事と思いつつ、色々探して見つけたのがこちら。普段行かない場所に敢えて行ってみようと思い、初台の駅から歩いて5分ほど。商店街と住宅街の中に突如現れるイタリアン。
サマートリュフのコースと銘打ったコースでしたが、トリュフはリゾットのみ。しかし全体に食材のストレートな味わいが生きていて好印象なお料理でした。
ガスパチョはスイカ入りとのことでしたが、粗めに砕いた野菜感がまさにガスパチョらしい。スペインにワープした気がします。ちょこんと添えられた海老がまたいいアクセントになっています。
コシの極めて強い自家製麺のパスタはいい意味で硬麺のラーメンのような食感で、ホタルイカとカラスミのコクに負けていません。ソースは定番を感じさせ足し算的ですが、魚介好きなら誰もが好きな味。
牛肉のお料理の火入れもよく、旨味が凝縮されてぐっと深い味わい。レンズ豆の滋味と合わさり抜群の相性です。
特筆すべきはペアリングワインの相性で、個人的には特に前半の前菜、ガスパチョやパスタとのペアリングが好きでした。夫が注文した食後酒のグラッパも面白かったです。ワイン目当てでも十分楽しめそう。〆のお茶菓子のカントゥッチーニや抹茶の焼き菓子も抜かりないクオリティに感じました。
お昼だからか、お店の雰囲気は若干カジュアルに感じました。しかしサービスされている方たちはみなさまとても感じがよく、居心地よいひとときでした。
次はディナーでお伺いしてみたいです。
カウンターもあるのでお一人様もよさそう。全体には若干大人数向けカジュアルな雰囲気を感じたため、お二人様には普段遣いがおすすめ。
