初台のオペラシティ地下1階にあるトンカツ店
店内はかなり広い。ビル自体に多くの企業が入ってる点、オペラシティという建物、GWの平日13時前の時間帯という関連もあり、割と混雑していたが、数分並ぶ程度で入れた。
また、4名席が多いので家族連れも来やすい

注文したのは
ロースカツ御膳(95g) (1155円)
柔らかいカツとゴマ、ソースが非常にマッチしており良いお味をしている
キャベツの切り方や味も良く、ドレッシングはゴマで個人的には自分好みの味
これで1100円程度というのはかなりリーズナブルな価格設定。流石、さぼてんのチェーン店
この辺で困ったら、席も多いので選択肢の1つとしてはありな感じがした
