「料理は芸術じゃない」... ヴァンノさんの看板に書かれた言葉です。「小難しい味わいでなく、シンプルに美味しいと思える料理とワインを提供します」ってことらしいです。ボクも素材をいじくり回した料理は好きじゃなので、この言葉に共感しながら入店。
4名掛け1卓、2名掛け1卓、カウンター2席の計8席。とにかく狭い、けど落ち着く空間。内装・家具・食器・ジャズのBGM・トイレのアメニティ... すべてがさり気なく小洒落ています。センスの良い友人の挟小住宅に招かれたような感じです。
前菜（アミューズ？）・魚料理（前菜？）・パスタ・肉料理・デザート・お茶で4,200円のランチコースをいただきました。

◆マスカルポーネのムースと柿のマリネ
見た目も食感も何を食べているのかしっかり分かる明快な料理、塩味バッチリで素材の味と香りの輪郭がハッキリしています。お酒も進みます☆☆
個人的な感想ですが、もう少しボリュームがほしいですかね。少ないって程ではないですけど、メインディッシュとデザートはもっと食べたかったです。メインディッシュは特に美味しかったので、料金がもう少し上がってもよいからもっと食べたいです。 それと料理の余韻や会話をもっと楽しみたいので、前の皿を下げてから次の料理を出すまでの間隔を もう5分以上長く取ってほしいですかね。次の皿が割りとすぐに出てきてしまうので、ちょっと忙しなく感じました。せっかちな方にはオススメですけど。自分はもっとお酒とトークと居心地良い空間を楽しみたかったです。
ただ、本当に美味しい料理とワインでした。初台の商店街まで足を運んだ甲斐がありました。ごちそうさまでした。
