本番シェフがつくるガレット専門店。
シェフのモルルダヴィットはブルターニュの中心、ルデアック出身。
10年間、フランスのコルシカ島ドルドーニュとヴォンデの色々なレストランで働き、2000年、日本に来日してから2008年、独立して笹塚でガレット屋を出店。
これまで日本になかった薄くてパリパリした食感のガレットを提供してくれるお店。

【感想】
ガレットの生地にはそば粉・塩・水しか入っておらず、ガレット自体は鉄板で焼かれ、生地は他のお店より薄くてパリパリっとした食感です。
シェフに聞くと、そば粉にはポリフェノールが豊富で、ヘーゼルナッツの風味があるとのことで女性がハマる理由がわかります。
そして、このヘーゼルナッツの風味のおかげで 様々なトッピングとよく合いそうです。
デザートのガレット生地にキャラメルソースをかけた一品は食後に丁度いい甘さと香ばしさでコーヒーが非常に合います。
シェフのおおらかな性格はすごく素敵でした。
