笹塚では評価の高い焼肉店。大通りに面していて、目立つ感じで前々から気になっていましたが、なんだか無駄にスタッフが多い印象、そしてあまり対応が良くないかな？って。その辺はチェーン店レベルだなと。
しかし、お肉は美味しい。運ばれてきた時点で、肉の色合いの良さ、それはどれ食べても見て取れました。そして、とろけるような脂は口の中にじんわりと広がりを見せ美味しいし、リブロースなんかは味に締まりがあり、あっさりして肉と肉の箸休め肉としてよかったし。
