幡ヶ谷笹塚に行く用事があったので、美味しそうなランチを探して行ってみることにしました！
幡ヶ谷駅すぐ近くのダイエーの前を笹塚方面に向けて、甲州街道沿いを歩いて6〜7分で見えてくる麺屋福丸さんに行ってみました！
以前にネットで鴨ベースのラーメンとして取り上げられていて、気になっているお店でした！！
店内はL字形カウンターと奥に一席だけテーブル席があります！
のれんをくぐって、店内に入ると券売機で食券を購入して、カウンターに座ります！なぜかスゴい味玉が食べたくなったので、特選鴨だし醤油ラーメン(1000円)を頼みました！
味玉や鴨肉チャーシュー、麺、スライスしたたけのこ、ネギ、玉ねぎ、ゆずを彩られて、琥珀色のスープに鴨の脂が光る綺麗に盛り付けられたラーメンです！！
麺は中細のストレート麺です！！醤油が少し濃い目に出ていて、鴨の香ばしい香りとコクが引き立っています^ ^鴨チャーシューと豚チャーシューが入っていて、低温調理できる機材でスチームを掛けながら柔らかい食感に仕上がっています！ただ、玉ねぎは見た目はよいのですが、このラーメンに合わない食感かなと思いました！間に合えば限定の焼き干し醤油ラーメンもすごい気になっていたので、ぜひまた再訪したいお店です！
