【笹塚】鴨出汁辛つけ麺
自分が食べたのは鴨出汁の辛つけ麺(2辛)とライス
初めの辛さには違和感なく食べれたのですが、徐々に辛味が強くなり、冬場なのに汗が出るほど
良い味わいとバランスで良かったです
次回は普通のラーメンにします…

約1年半振りに来店
前回の反省を踏まえて、普通の鴨だしつけ麺にした。
注文したのは
特選鴨だし魚介つけ麺(1150円)
中太の麺に出汁を付けて食べるが、
鴨の出汁が良い感じにまとわりついていく感覚が他とは違う
鴨の良質な脂なのか、しっかりとまとわりついてるのが分かる
鴨は良い感じに美味しい。
特選にしたのもあり、数枚入ってて満足感ある
