幡ヶ谷と笹塚の間、甲州街道沿いにある、鴨出汁が売りのカウンターのラーメン専門店です。
平日の口開け直後の訪問です。
◾️ 鴨出汁白湯ラーメン 1,100円
麺は細身で真っ直ぐストレート。でも、鴨脂の効いたスープは、しっかり絡んできます。
鴨の出汁はコッテリなのに、すっきり。旨み濃厚！
具材は、鴨と豚肉の２種類のチャーシュー。半熟玉子。
メンマではなく、タケノコの薄切り。そして、薬味に紫玉ねぎと長ネギ。
