甲州街道沿い新宿から高井戸方面へ、幡ヶ谷陸橋下笹塚交差点付近にあります。京王線幡ヶ谷駅と笹塚駅の中間位ですかね。
自宅からは近いのですが、このエリアでのランチは業務が無い限りはまず利用することは無かったですね。燈台下暗しでした。
鴨だし醤油ラーメン
「 鴨の素晴らしさを皆様に！」が麺屋 福丸さんの最大のこだわりのようです。山形県の加藤さんが丁寧に育てている最上鴨を使用したスープと鴨チャーシューにはそのこだわりが凝縮されています。鴨清湯スープと保存料・着色料を使用していない醤油ダレと鴨油を入れた最後までアツアツで楽しめるあっさりスープにパツパツした食感の中細ストレート麺がとてもよく絡みます。青ネギと紫玉ねぎ、そしてゆずがなんとも良いアクセントとなっており、メイン具材の歯ごたえの良い鴨チャーシューを引き立てます。メンマではなく大きな竹の子も具材としては珍しいですがこのラーメンと調和しております。バランスの良い上品な一杯、完飲完食です。ご馳走様でした。つけ麺を食べている人も多くかなり美味しそうだったので次回は挑戦してみます。
