I went to a restaurant I used to frequent more than 10 years ago. It used to be only underground, but it has expanded and is now on the street level, so it's nice and clean. The staff made the nostalgic garlic rice for me. It was delicious with the shiso and some burnt bits. This time, the silk loin was especially delicious. I could choose between ponzu or egg, so I chose the egg. I quickly grilled it, dipped it in sauce and egg, and it melted in my mouth. I dipped the remaining egg in other meats, such as the rib and innards. The green onion kalbi was thinly sliced with a hint of garlic and went well with the lemon sauce. This was also good. I forgot to take a picture, but I also ate the innards. The part was the large intestine, but it was very soft and had no odor and was delicious. For alcohol, I ordered a glass of Sumire wine, white and red. It was a dry French wine, so I didn't think it was particularly delicious.
