前菜
チューシュー、蒸し鶏ネギソース、クラゲとお酒のつまみに良いラインナップが嬉しい。
野菜炒め
イメージとは違ったが、小松菜とキノコがあっさり味で、序盤に良い一品でした。
コーンスープ
濃厚でうまい。
点心
色々な味が楽しめて、特に小籠包がスープたっぷりで美味しかった。翡翠餃子も皮がもちもちでよい。
海鮮炒め +540円
イカとホタテのポーションが大きく、XOジャンの貝柱のエキスが効いていて美味しい。
牛肉黒胡椒ソース +540円
肉は端が固くて食べられなかった。これは客に出す部位ではない。柔らかい場所もあったので勿体ない。ソースは流石で美味しい。
チャーハン
チャーシューが沢山入ってぜいたく。パラパラながら、しっとりしていてプロの仕事です。大盛が無料なのも嬉しい。
マンゴープリン
マンゴーの果肉感が強く、本当にうまい。この店のマンゴープリンが私の中では、NO1です。
個室じゃないのにルームチャージ1400円が謎にとられていて、会計は不明瞭で最後に残念でしたが、全体的には美味しくて満足でした。
この辺りではちゃんとした中華料理屋。
夏のコース6890円。二人目は半額になるキャンペーンあり。税込だと一人5684円になるが、実はそんなに無茶苦茶得な訳ではない(笑)
サラダは鯛の刺身がたっぷり入って、ゴマソースが良く合う。このまま、鯛茶漬けにしたい位でした。上に乗せたカリカリの食感と油で、食欲が刺激されます。
フカヒレスープはフカヒレはあまり感じない、蟹と冬瓜のスープですね。味は美味しい。
焼売と小籠包は熱々じゃないのが残念。
北京ダックはコースから外すように交渉したが融通効かず。皮がパリパリじゃないこの北京ダックに価値を感じないし、この店の人は美味しい北京ダックを食べた事ないのかなー？包む生地もやや厚めで、何を楽しむ料理か分かっていない。
大海老の包み揚げが今日一番の美味。マヨネーズソースとエビチリみたいなソースの二種類楽しめて、プリプリした海老の食感と、それを包むクリスピーな揚げた皮の組み合わせもよい。
白身魚の蒸した物も、身がプリプリに仕上がっていて、ソースとのハーモニーも良い塩梅。皮をバーナーでパリっと仕上げたら完璧だったかな。
チャーハンはやや薄味だが間違いないやつ。
ここの麺は素麺みたいで、私の好みではないから絶対に頼まない。
最後に大好きなマンゴープリンがなく残念。それは先に言うべきでしょ。しかたなく杏仁豆腐を頼むが味が薄い。最近はコンビニの杏仁豆腐でも十分レベル高いから、これはイマイチだな。
メニューの当たり外れのブレ幅が大きい。悪くはないけど、コスパは悪いかな。
この辺りだと珍しいちゃんとした中華料理屋さん。麺は素麺みたいでイマイチ。チャーハンは絶品。北京ダックは皮がパリパリに仕上がっていないから、生地で巻かれてしなっています。
当たり外れはあるけど、頼みかたを間違えなければ、使えるお店です。
コースの内容か変わるから、確認して下さい。
使いやすい街中華以上高級中華未満の店
街中華と高級中華の間くらいのお店。気軽に使いやすいが、頼みかたによっては、値段もしっかり。
ラーメンは細麺ストレートであっさり。正直イマイチ。チャーハンは抜群に旨い。いつもの定番です。
マンゴープリンも最高だから、締めはこれに決まり！

Everything is delicious, but the volume is a bit lacking. This is about 2800 yen. The cost performance is bad. I forgot the picture of the porridge. Coffee is also included. I realized later that it would have been better to have one person free on another course. I made a mistake. I was disappointed that the mango pudding had a weak fruit feel. The previous one was excellent, but this one would be better than almond tofu.
