鳥取県の希少和牛である鳥取いなば万葉牛の専門店。年間出荷頭数は230ほど。融点が低く口溶けの良い脂質、サシが入っていてもしつこくないという点が特徴。
こちらでは主に赤身肉にてその美味しさを推している。中でも希少部位のシンシンが絶品、評判通りの柔らかいくちどけと肉の味の強さを味わえる。
また部位ごとに細かくお店推奨の食べ方がある点も特徴。ロースのわさび醤油、赤身塊肉のバター醤油、厚切りタン塩の塩昆布が美味しかった。
接客面にもひと工夫。求人ではあえて目立ちたがりな大学生男子を募集、なにかとイベントや割引を行っている模様。
また有名人の来店が多く、店舗入ってすぐに元巨人上原選手のユニホームが2着飾られている。
ほどほどに食べて飲んで7000円程度、お手ごろな価格で赤身肉の中心に万葉牛を楽しめる。
