Local Okonomiyaki restaurant. It used to be a Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki restaurant, but the management changed and it became this Okonomiyaki restaurant. It's been a while since they changed, but this is my first visit. It was 20:00 on Friday when I heard about it. The iron plate and tables seem to remain the same as the previous store. The counter seats, which have less than 10 seats, and the table seats, which have 4 or 5 tables, are about half full. I was offered a table seat, but I sat at the counter. <What we ate> - Boiled taro and Simmered dish (385 yen) x 2 - Plum crystal (440 yen) - Ginger snack salad (440 yen) - Wagyu minced meat cutlet (748 yen) - Tonpeiyaki (880 yen) - 1,375 yen on the menu (1,430 yen) <Drinks> ・Kamiwa no The Premium Malts Raw (715 yen) x 2 ・Plain Sour (605 yen) x 3 ・Ginger Ale (418 yen) Appetizer Simmered dish of taro and squid was delicious, not too strong and slightly sweet. The minced meat cutlet is small. A combination of coarsely chopped cabbage, cherry tomatoes, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Is cabbage the main character? That's a lot of cabbage. The sauce is sweet and the mayonnaise is thin. Finally, grilled green onions. This doesn't taste like grilled green onions either. The Negiyaki I know has green onion instead of cabbage in the batter, and it has a soy sauce flavor. This one has green onions on top of Okonomiyaki and has a sauce flavor. Unlike tonpei, it was served on a round iron plate. I guess the sauce, or rather the sauce, doesn't suit me. The drinks started with Kamiwa's The Premium Malt's Raw. A common slim mug. I don't like this because the content is small and it runs out quickly. It seems like more and more stores are using this recently. I had two drinks. Next, I made a plain sour. This is also a slim mug. A large amount of ice and a small amount of sour. This also happens. I ended up drinking three glasses. A quick and complete meal. I paid the bill. Where is Okonomiyaki based, perhaps Kobe? I didn't have any soba food though. Is it further west?
