お店の場所はライフの道をまっすぐ行ってハバチャルの上の階です。
長崎のコウイカ フェンネルと花椒と
写真だと分かりづらいですが繊細に切られてるんですよ〜ツルッと爽やかに頂きました。
藤椒の水餃子
ラムとセロリの焼き餃子
どっちもお肉プリプリで美味しかった。タンジョウって全然知らなかったのですが痺れ系で美味しい
対馬穴子 新生姜、豆チ、甘唐辛子と炒めて
メインすごく悩んだのですが穴子にしました。穴子の炒め物って珍しいし。これも穴子が身が縮まずフワフワで青唐辛子シャキシャキで美味しかった…トウチは醤油っぽいような味噌っぽいようなな味で懐かしいかど深みがある味でした
つゆそば
香港麺の上に山椒と少しの薬味が乗ったシンプルつゆそば。でもこれが美味しい
スープがすごく国籍不明で聞いたらしょっつるやナンプラーが入ってるそうです。納得！
セミドライイチヂク クーベルチュールのテリーヌ
大きめのイチヂクと味の濃ゆいショコラテリーヌ。美味しくないはずがない
2人で回してると思えないくらい手際がよかったです。こんな美しい料理を次々こしらえるシェフの腕前に脱帽(*'▽'*)
他の人が頼んでたクレープ生地で鰯巻いたのや角煮も美味しそうだった〜また行きます。雰囲気もいいしデートにも家族の食事にもおすすめです。
