三連休の中日の日曜日に家族でお邪魔しました。
広島お好み焼きは烏山では珍しく、また口コミの評価も上々なので期待…
入店時は私達の他はカウンターに2名のお客様が2-3組くらいいました。
その他団体の予約があるようでお店の半数の席が予約のために確保されていました。
そんな状況で17:30にオーダースタート
多少の提供時間の遅さは覚悟してましたが、17:30に注文したお好み焼きは18:10に提供。
(お好み焼きが遅くなることを予想してつまみもいくつか頼みましたが、最初にきたじゃがバターは17:55)
こんなもんなのでしょうか…？
広島お好み焼きとしての味は特別に美味しい！というところまでないですが、雰囲気と相待ってまぁ良い感じではありました。
いざ帰宅と思いスマホで決済済ませると、決済完了通知はあったもののスタッフを待てとの指示画面。
しかし、一向にスタッフは来ず…
しかたなくこちらから声をかけると、焦りつつ「大丈夫です！」の一言で終わり…あれっ？
団体客もいてかなり混んでいたので、多少顧客対応がおざなりになるのは仕方なしとしても、最後の退店時には、「ありがとうございました」の言葉は欲しいかなと。
きっとそこそこの混み具合までは良い接客ができても、許容を超えると厳しいんでしょうかね…
こういうところなのかなぁ、長く続くお店とそうでないお店の違いって…
開店間もない特需が終わった後にどうなるかで本当のお店のポテンシャルが分かりますかね。
とりあえずリピートはなしでしょうか…
