ウッドデッキに木製のサッシ。そこから明るくて温かそうな中の雰囲気が漏れる。
そんな期待は全く裏切られることはなかった。
焼き方が難しい物は店長が別の鉄板で焼いてくれる。もちろん自分で焼きたければやらせてもらえるが、当日は会食を兼ねていてので遠慮なく焼きをお願いした。
食べ頃直前の料理を目の前で完成させながら頂く、贅沢なライブ感を楽しむ。
◆パクチーマッシュポテト【絶品】
バターの香りが豊かでコクのあるマッシュに爽やかなパクチーの風味。意外な組み合わせだが、かなり説得力のあるマッチング。
◆和牛ホルモン【絶品】
これは焼き加減が勝負らしい。別の鉄板で上手に焼いた物を我々の鉄板に持ってきてくれる。ホルモンから出た旨味脂がキャベツに沁みている。さすが、この加減が美味なんだな。
◆秋刀魚の塩焼き
今や貴重な秋刀魚。立派な型だ。
◆リブロース
柔らかな噛みごたえと赤身の旨味。ガーリックの効かせ方が上手。
◆つぶ貝
つぶの旨味がもやしに移る妙。
◆もつ煮込み
鉄板の上で保温しながら頂く。思いの外さっぱり。
◆明太子チーズもんじゃ
実はこれだけ自分達で焼きました…。
