キャンティの呼称で呼ばれるこちら。
有名なのはドレッシング。
これは今ではレシピサイトで大人気ですね。
実は行ったことがなかったので行ってみました。
日曜日のランチどき。
お店にはいると
『予約はされていますか？』
『いえ』
『少々お待ちください』
から3分ほどで放置をされましてからカウンターにすわります。笑
忙しいようです。笑
家族連れがとても多い印象です。
根強い人気がありますね。
はじめてなので、やっぱりあのドレッシングが食べたいのでサラダ、あと真夜中のスパゲッティとのりといかを。
ピザも食べたいなぁと思ったのですが頼まないでよかったです。笑
Mサイズでもなかなか量が多いです。
サラダはすぐにきました。
ドレッシングはやはりうまい！Mサイズはシェアするには少し少ないか。
それからパスタが出てくるまで50分弱。
待たされました汗
隣の後から入ってきた日替わりの生パスタ？のセットの二人組は比較的違和感ないくらいの時間で出てきたとは思います。
わたしらは50分。笑
そして、遅くなった提供に気づいていないような、普通の提供。あれ。笑
『たっいへんお待たせいたしました…申し訳ございません』と言うべきではなかろうか。
まぁいいのですけどね。ただもったいないなぁ、と思います。
パスタはなるほど、伝統の味。旨いです！
のりといかは和風の味付け。あーうまい。華やかな味です。これはガツガツいけちゃいますね。
いかがまたぷりんぷりんでうまい。
真夜中のスパゲッティも味見。
トマトの酸味とバジルの香り、少しピリッとした味付けはがいい。熱々で確かに飲んだあとに食べたくなるかも。笑
美味しい料理と行き届かないサービスのアンバランスがとても残念でしたが、伝説のお店に行けてよかったです。
