とってもフレンチが食べたくなって、電話を。
ちょうどの空き時間、お昼時、以前から気になっていたお店でした。
タイミングよく予約完了！やはり、思い立ったが吉日。
前を通るたびにお店の雰囲気を確かめていたのですが、内扉がある関係で、なかの様子がまったく
わからなくて…でもそのミステリアスさに、逆に刺激される私です。
入店すると同時、きちんとしたフレンチという印象。
シェフさん自らにお料理の説明をうけ、時間の関係もあってスープなしのコースを選択。
アミューズ、オードブル、メイン、デザート、カフェとひととおりを。
結論から。
前菜に始まりデザートまで…お料理はすべて確かです。ポーションも味つけもしっかりとされています。
メインは鶏肉、いろいろな部位を楽しめるものでした。
火入れもそれぞれによろしく、量もあることながら飽きもしません。
自家製のパンにも感じましたが、すべてにおいて真面目なあじがします。
小菓子も可愛らしく丁寧。この力の入れよう、きっと、甘いものもお好きな方なのだろうなと想像。
またデセールも、どのような感じにしましょうか？と尋ねられました。こういったお心遣いもありがたいですね。チョコレートを使ったものをお願いしました。
甘さが深くて大人でしつこさのない濃厚さ…とってもおいしかった。食後のコーヒーも完璧。お見事でした！
平日だったのですが、この満足感にあの価格設定は…心配になってしまいます。
サービスはなかなか手が回らなくて…と、気遣っていただきましたが、シェフのお人柄でカバーされます。
私はまったく問題がなかったです。ただおいしさに浸りました（笑）
