代々木八幡駅から徒歩5分ほどでした。
渋谷からは20分強ほどかと。
この日は男性４人で食事メインで伺いました。
木耳と卵の炒め物
麻婆豆腐
ピータン
レバー炒め
唐揚げ
蟹焼飯
水餃子
を頂きました。
ここに各々のビールと赤ワインのボトル1本を入れて、1人3500円行きませんでした。
それぞれの料理の一口目で感動を覚えながらもこの価格帯。なんとも素晴らしい。
特に麻婆豆腐好きとしては、適度に日本人向けのテイストでありながらも、スパイスの香り高さや刺激はしっかり、本格的な一品に舌鼓。
蟹焼飯はパラパラかつフカフカな面白い食感。味は全くジャンキーさは無いのに、むしろ蟹や卵の風味を強く感じる絶妙な塩梅。
水餃子は酢と唐辛子の特製のタレでいただきます。野菜の甘みたっぷりの餡とモッチモチの皮に、酸味と辛味がよく合います。
今回も非常に驚かれたのですが、おそらく10回以上通わないと制覇は難しいほどの品数でした。まだまだ感動の余地ありの素晴らしいお店でした。
