2018/7/12 友人からお誘いを受けたこちら。少し代々木公園駅から裏通り？を通り抜けた。
通りをぐるっと回り込んだ場所の奥にお店発見、そこにありました。
テーブル席に座って、友人を待ってるとオシボリを頂いたり、撮影してるうちに集合。
スタートはハイボール、ビールなどで乾杯。生に近い火入れのユッケから。生に近いので美味い。
次にランプ、イチボ、霜降りカルビ 美味しそうな部位、いや実に美味いです。
リブロース、しんしん、かめのこ、ジョウミノとどんどん珍しい部位出て来ます。
内臓系もシマチョウなど焼いて、脂が美味い焼き焼きの肉がいっぱい踊ってる。
ワインも色々揃ってる、日本のワイン、イタリア、フランスなどワインに拘りを感じた。
特にイタリアのプリミティーヴォこれがスパイシーで、キムチ、ナムルなど辛くても全く邪魔しない。
そんな美味しいワインもイタリアにあったのか、と思った次第。美味しいお肉にバッチリの味わい。
締めの冷麺も充実。これも美味しい。最後にアイスクリームを頂き、ご馳走さまでした。
