最近、血糖値コントロール安定してるので外食も慣れてきて楽しいマタニティライフ送ってます(*´Д｀*)また焼肉いってきたよー(*´∇｀*)食べれる幸せって凄いね=(^.^)=量を守っていれば妊娠糖尿病でも、焼肉は行ける！揚げ物屋、中華料理、イタリアンより全然安全なんだねー！空調もしっかりしてるからやっぱ焼肉屋さんって素晴らしいことを再確認しました(‾∀‾)
こちらのお店はペットokな素敵なお店だったよー！
まずはキムチの盛り合わせ)^o^(ペリエもあったから幸せ(*≧∀≦*)次にPONGAサラダ(*^ω^*)こちらのお店は野菜がたっぷりだから本当嬉しい(＾野菜盛り合わせも色鮮やかで美しいよーー(*゜∀゜*)
お肉は上ミノと黒毛和牛ハラミでさっぱり血糖値に優しい(^_^)v
サンチュもすごいボリューミー！！沢山野菜とれて幸せでしたー(*☻-☻*)
しんしんも食べれたよーo(^_-)O赤身肉素晴らしい(*´-`)

大事な記念日は久々に外食！（＾ω＾）生後9ヵ月の寿司太郎つれての久々に外食楽しかった(*^▽^*)家族の記念日に代々木公園駅からすぐそばのぽんがへ行ってきたよ(*´ω｀*)動きの激しい寿司太郎でもいけたお店(≧∀≦)
まずはノンアルコールで乾杯！しみます✨✨まずは、名物混ぜなむる！次にキムチ盛り合わせ！さらに、ぽんがサラダ(*゜▽゜*)久々の家族での焼肉に感動を隠せないー！やっぱ外食は楽しいな(´∀｀=)
そして肉(*^o^*)ネギたんー！ねぎたっぷり、さっと焼いて肉汁うましです╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
