TVで紹介されていてすぐに予約。
初めての訪問です。
お店はガラス張りでおしゃれ。
夜の雰囲気も良さそうです。
ランチメニューは小皿料理のセット、蟹料理、牛肉料理、のどぐろ飯、デザートが付きます。
小皿のセットは見た目も美しくどれも美味しい。
蟹の白味噌は甘さと塩味のバランスがいい。
ノドグロ飯は土鍋の炊き立てです。
お米やお酒も新潟産。
全てで新潟の味が楽しめます。
料理を出すタイミングが遅れたからとドリンクをサービスしてくれたり、
何度もお水を注いでくれたり、
残った料理をテイクアウトさせてくれたり、
適度な会話など
サービスもかなり努力されています。
ちなみにトイレも綺麗にされていました。
何度か書きましたが、
やはり飲食店は何よりサービスなので。
本当に楽しくゆっくり食事できました。
