近くで用事があり、予約をして訪問。
三宝土鍋飯コースを頂きました。
ノンアルコールのスパークリングで乾杯。
このCelebleというノンアルスパークリング、甘さが程良く、すごく飲みやすくて好きな味でした。
お料理は、まずは9種の前菜が箱盛りされたものから。
どれも美味しく、特に、左上の舞茸米粉揚げ、右上の鱧南蛮漬け、右下の白和えがお気に入り。
続いて、蟹の甲羅蒸し 菊花餡掛け。
蟹と出汁の聞いた餡が美味。
牛肉の佃煮は、上品な牛丼の具のような感じですが、煮詰めて旨みが詰まってて良いです。
締めの土鍋飯は、のどぐろ・蟹・いくら という贅沢なもの。
味付けが丁度よく、具の味をしっかり感じることができます。
美味しくて茶碗2.5杯くらい…少し食べ過ぎました
甘味は、意外にもコーヒープリン。
これがまたしっかりコーヒーの味がして良い。
大女将さん手作りという、カワイイ楊枝セットも頂き、
最後まで満足できる、良いランチでした。
店内は手前は明るいテーブル席ですが、奥のカウンターや個室は、また静かな雰囲気が良く、いろんなシーンで使えそう。
板前さんもスタッフさんも丁寧で、すごく好感が持てました。
