I have always thought that the area around Yoyogi-Hachiman Station and Yoyogi-Uehara Station is a nice town with very good shops. I am grateful that I now have the opportunity to use both stations on my way to work. Today, I went to this store on my way home from work. When you enter the store, you will see a long layout at the back with the kitchen on the left and the table seats on the right. I took a seat and thought about ordering, I decided on Xiaolongbao and Seafood shumai. The skin of each piece is chewy and good. The filling is good, but the texture of the skin is also good. Next up is 饥炸fish (white fish fritto flavored with black pepper). It tastes like white fish tempura. It's on top of a vegetable salad. I had it with a little vinegar and soy sauce. Next is shrimp intestines (shrimp intestines). The stuffed shrimp is plump and delicious. I think its deliciousness comes from the soy sauce it is mixed with. The taste is unique to this restaurant. Next up is Suisho Meguo (steamed shrimp and chive Gyoza / Dumpling). This dish is very delicious, with the fish taking full advantage of it. I couldn't believe how vivid the sardines are that you can see through the thin Gyoza / Dumpling skin. The crispy skin is good. Lastly, we had the grilled lamb spare ribs and Century egg pork porridge. The lamb spare ribs are served with the restaurant's special soy sauce sauce. The meat is sprinkled with spices and is delicious as is, but the dipping sauce adds to the depth of the flavor. I can't eat it elegantly with chopsticks, so I pick it up with my hands and gulp. Cook the porridge while preserving its flavor. delicious. The last dish I chose for the day. I think it's the best compatibility. delicious. Before you know it, your stomach is full.
