なんで、見つけたんやっけ？？テレビが何かで見つけて『へぇー行ってみたいなぁ、、、』と思ってて来ました。
場所は代々木公園若しくは八幡から徒歩10分！
ホテルの1階にございましたー
ピザ窯を囲うようにカウンター、そしてテーブル席＆テラス席とそこそこ広め且つ各テーブルも広めに空間をキープ。
ホリティランチメニューで
前菜盛合わせ、パスタorピッツァ、コーヒーor紅茶のメニューに追加でキアニーナのタリアータを追加！
キアニーナ食えるところなんてまぢ珍しいから！
あの感度したキアニーナのビステッカ！！ 程の感動はないだろうけども、、、 美味いことには間違い無いだろ！と、オーダーしました。

まぁ、ありきたりの前菜ですが、どれもなかなか洗礼されてて美味い。

ふんだんにカラスミが使われており、且つ旨味たっぷりでてますねぇ、、、 イカの歯応え、パスタのアルデンテも素晴らしい。
ピッツァマルゲリータ
ストレートな甘さの無い記事、と酸味の残るトマトソースもバッチリ！目の前で一瞬で焼いてくれるピッツァ素晴らしいですね。おにーさんの腕にも脱帽
キアニーナ牛のタリアータ
本来はランチでアラカルトメニュー頼めないのかね？
なんか、無理してお願いしてしまった感がありますが、、、
んー、、、特に感動はなかったなぁ、、、でも美味しかったけどね。和牛の赤牛とどう違うかな？？
