■概要
代々木公園駅・代々木八幡駅からすぐの好立地にお店を構える、2023年7月にオープンしたラーメン屋さん。
宮崎名物である辛麺やもつ焼きを初めとしたお料理と一緒に、お酒を楽しむことが出来るお店です。
■メニュー
看板メニューである辛麺は、特製辛麺、トマト辛麺、カレー辛麺の3種類がラインナップ。
それ以外にはもつ刺しや揚げ物、おつまみ系のメニューまで幅広く取り揃えてあります。
この日はディナーでお伺いし、特製辛麺（900円）とライス（200円）をオーダーしました。
■感想
自宅近くで遅めの晩ごはんを探していたところ、たまたまこちらのお店が空いていたのでお伺いしてみました。
店内は清潔感があり、ご近所で働く人や住民達の憩いの場として賑わっています。
オーダーした特製辛麺は、見た目はなかなか辛そうなビジュアルですが、卵がマイルドさをもたらすことで食べやすさが生まれています。
麺がモチモチで小麦の香りが強く、スープにも負けない力強さが感じられ、お店の麺へのこだわりが伝わってきます。
締めはニラや卵などの具材を残し、ご飯に乗せてスープをかけて辛丼にしてフィニッシュ。
卓上の酢や胡椒で味を引き締めると、最後まで飽きずに食べ進めることが出来ます。
他の辛麺も気になるので、次回はそちらも試してみたいと思います。
