渋谷駅と代々木公園駅の間くらいの、いわゆる奥渋エリアと呼ばれる場所に2023年末に出来たニンニク専門店。
中野の人気店「にんにくバル ザ・ガーリック中野」の系列店とのことで、その美味しさは保証済み。このエリアは名店が多いこともあり非常に楽しみ。
店内はニンニクのイメージとは程遠いおしゃれな雰囲気。少し薄暗い中にネオンなどもありデートにピッタリ。
今回は、Makuakeにて購入した「【超早割】Makuake限定ニンニクバル堪能コース お食事券 2名様分（9,800円）」というコースにて予約。早速料理が出てくる。
■自家製ガーリックバターのクロワッサン～切り落とし生ハムのせ～
まず出てきたのはニンニクを使ったクロワッサン。
生ハムがたっぷり乗っており、サクサクとした食感と合わさってめちゃくちゃ美味しい。
■青森県産福地ホワイト６片 特大にんにくの丸揚げ
青森県産福地ホワイトは、匂いの少ない最高級にんにくだそうで、それを豪快に丸揚げにした一品。
ニンニクをしっかり感じられる贅沢なメニューだ。
■自家製ガーリックドレッシングの１８品目フレッシュサラダ
サラダにも当然ニンニクはたっぷり使われている。
野菜自体の美味しさも抜群で、ニンニクはその美味しさを更に際立たせる役割のようである。とても美味しい。
■超にんにくガーリックトースト
たっぷりすぎるニンニクの上に、更にガーリックチップがかかった、これでもかと言うくらいのガーリックトースト。
好みではちみつをかけるのだが、チーズとの相性抜群で最高。
■自家製ガーリック焼売
焼売自体のレベルが高く、ニンニクの香りが更に食欲をそそる。
食べ応えもありとても良い一品だ。
■にょんにょごニョッキ
もちもちのニョッキ。これまたガーリックがよく合う品だ。
ニンニククリームとラクレットチーズが抜群の組み合わせ。
■選べるお料理
「土鍋ガーリックライス」か「超にんにくギルティペペロンチーノ」が選択できたが、ギルティという言葉に惹かれ「超にんにくギルティペペロンチーノ」をチョイス。
ニンニクバター、ニンニクオイル、刻みニンニクにおろしニンニク、生ニンニクと、ギルティの名にふさわしいニンニクづくし。
口の中がニンニク一色になる幸せを味わえること間違いなし。
■選べるデザート
「自家製にんにくアイスクリーム」と「りんごとヨーグルトのジェラート」から選択できたが、最後はさっぱりしたかったので後者を注文。とてもさっぱりしてて美味しかった。
ちなみにドリンクは下記二つを注文した。
■ガーリッククラフトレモンサワー（680円）
この店は何とドリンクにもガーリックが使われているという徹底ぶり。
正直どんな味わいなのか想像できなかったが、思ったよりイケる。
しっかりニンニクを感じられるが、嫌な味わいではなく普通にうまい。
■ガーリックハイボール（680円）
レモンが強めでさっぱりしているが、こちらもしっかりにんにくを感じられる一杯。
ということで最初から最後まで思う存分にんにくを堪能！
にんにく好きな人なら歓喜間違いなし。店員さんも感じがよく、最後まで気持ちよく食事ができた。
雰囲気も良いしコスパも良いし何より味が最高に美味しいのでぜひ誰かを誘って再訪したいと思う。
