2010/10
ファイヤーキングカフェで焼鳥屋の空きの連絡を待っていたが なかなか連絡がもらえず そろそろお腹の
減りぐあいも限界に近づいてきていたのでいったん待ちをキャンセルとした。
頭の中はなんとなく肉モードになっていたので近くの小ざっぱりとした外観の焼肉屋 まんぷく 代々木上原
を覗いてみることに。
けっこう店内が賑っていたが ほぼ待たずに入れたこと はラッキーだったかも。
・ナムルの盛合せ
・海藻サラダ
・黒毛和牛の極上タン
⇒６切れで２４００円 １枚あたり４００円 まあ、美味しいです。
・いちぼ
⇒牛の臀骨のH型をH-bone（エイチボーン）と呼び、そこから訛ってイチボと呼ばれる。 希少部位としても
良く知られるお肉。
・かいのみ
⇒上カルビとして利用されることの多い部分。ヒレから連続するので赤身とも霜降りとも異なる柔らかさを持つ
極上の部位。
・モリクミスペシャル
コショウをたくさん振った豚カルビを炭火で焼き上げ、 ニンニク、醤油、バターで作られた悪魔のソースを
温めていただく。
・しまちょう
⇒脂を適度に残しているのでジューシーかつ甘みがある。
全体的にリーズナブルなのかどうかは分からないが、美味しいお肉を綺麗な空間で食べるという感じで
女子受けする印象がした。
