土曜日のお昼12時くらいに到着しました。
2組の待ちがありましたが、5分くらいで入れました。
豚は林SPFです。
他、米油や自然栽培のお米、自家製の糠漬け等
身体に優しいとんかつのようです。
◇ 醤油かつ丼 ヒレ 竹 ¥1,700
やはり名物と言われる醤油かつ丼にしました。
お肉がふっくら柔らかく、カリッと揚げられた衣
の食感が良かったです。
美味しいお肉に適切な火入れだと、醤油でも
抜粋に美味しいですね。
