代々木上原の日本料理店に行ったときに見つけたフレンチレストラン。
恵比寿から移転したことは知っていたんですが、こんな駅の近くにあるとは！
行きたいと思っていたお店なので、さっそく友人を誘って訪問しました。
ネットで１１５００円のランチコースを予約しました。
代々木上原には、素敵なお店がたくさんあるな～。
お店は２階、個室もありました。こじんまりとした落ち着いた雰囲気。
まずはノンアルコールビールで乾杯！
アミューズは鶏レバとムースとケークサレ。ねっとりと美味しい。
組み合わせがいい。それからサーモンのポアレキャビア添え。
わりとしっかりめの味わいなので、白ワインが合いそう。
自家製パンはリエットと共に。
それから海老のカダイフ揚げと金時かぼちゃのブルーテ。
海老をカダイフで巻いて揚げたもの。食感がいい。
ブルーテなのでまったりとしていて、甘さがいい感じ。
一緒に海老に付けて食べても美味しいそう。丁寧に作られていました。
魚料理ソースは泡になっていました。茸も入っていて秋らしい。
お肉は赤牛。最近こういう赤身肉が好き。焼き野菜も美味しい。
奇をてらわない、落ち着いたフレンチ、私は好きです。
実直そうなシェフならではの料理を堪能しました。
デザートは苦手なので。。。省いていただきました。
今回も楽しく、満足のランチ。代々木上原なのに駅に近いので
坂を上らずお店に到着できます。
