代々木上原の駅直ぐにあるこちらのお店は以前からチェックしていました。
エレベーターを降りると壁面画が印象的なダイニングに通されます。
アミューズ・・・・・鶏白レバー
好きなやつです。濃厚なのにさらっとしていて美味しい。
前菜1 ・・・・・・・ホタテ・黒オリーブ
フレッシュのホタテに黒オリーブのタプナードソースを
付けると甘みが倍増! これは旨い!!
前菜2 ・・・・・・・キクイモ・鶏のクネル
クネルはあっさりしていて濃厚なバルサミコソースに合います。
キクイモのピュレも相性抜群。
パンにはリエットが付いてきます。
これがまたパンを食べ過ぎる原因になるんです。
魚・・・・・・・・・島根県産マトウダイのグルノーブル風
コンカッセトマトやケッパーが入ったバターソースが
ワインビネガーの酸味もあり淡白なマトウダイを引き立たせています。
なんだか、この味がフランスで食べる魚料理を思い出させてくれます。
肉・・・・・・・・・群馬県産加藤ポーク・銀不老豆
軟らかい豚肉の旨味が凄い!!
噛み締めると豚肉の美味しい香りが広がります。
濃厚な銀不老豆も美味しいです。
デセール・・・・・・ネーブルオレンジ・チョコレート
フレッシュのネーブルオレンジの甘みと酸味が
チョコレートムースと最高に合いますね。
最後のミニャルディーズもタルト、カヌレ、ゆべし、一つ一つ丁寧に作られています。
フレンチでゆべしが出て来るのも初めてで面白かったです。
