美味しいとわかっていても、少食の私はコース料理というと尻込みしてしまいます。
でもこの日は大食漢の友人と一緒だったので安心。
久しぶりに堪能したこちらのお料理。
あらためて、丁寧で手間暇かけたフレンチの美味しさを再認識させられました。
フォアグラと菊芋の温かいブラン・・・最高でした。
カボス風味の牡蠣と白子のムニエルの下にはアサリのリゾット。焦がしバターソースが良い香り。
デザートのタルトタタンは見た目も美しい。
おしゃれしてきてよかったなあ〜。
