代々木上原から徒歩7分。
好きなものを3品選ぶプリフィクススタイルになります。今回お試しで昼に訪問しました。ランチと夜は選ぶメニューが異なり、夜の方が魅力的です。シェフは五十嵐門下生。
・和栗とセップ茸ブランマンジェ
ブランマンジェが名物だと言われてオーダー。
セップ茸のブランマンジェとマロンクリーム、
鶏むねのハム、キノコのジュレがのって豪華。
比較的あっさりしています。ランチだからかな？
・香住ガニのロワイヤル
卵とブイヨンを合わせて蒸し、卵豆腐のように固めたもの。こちらも比較的あっさりで驚き。
蟹の旨みは控えめ。
前菜2品とも万人受けのように食べやすい。
・ニュージーランド産仔羊スネ肉のラグー 焦がし玉ねぎと黒胡椒、クミン風味(＋800円)
メインの選択肢が少なく、2000円程度の追加料金があります。4000円程度のコースで半額追加って...悩んだ結果、こちやのメインに。
こちらは、ビストロ料理のような感じで、想像の範囲内でした。
ちょいちょいプラス料金が積み重なって、そこそこお値段がするので、いいような悪いような～。
夜の定額コースがいいと思います。
