今宵は代々木上原です。
ハシゴ酒、最後はこちらです。
チェーン店の焼き鳥屋さんです。
代々木上原はいつも同じ店しか行っていないので、新規開拓で気分新鮮です。
連れからはチェーン焼き鳥だけど美味しいとのこと。
一風堂の横のから入店して階段で２階へ。以前は違うお店だったが。
こちらは2015年3月オープンだったのできれいなお店です。
２０時半過ぎに入店すると混んで居ます。
カウンターへ。サービスは良いですね。
すみれって最近結構店舗を良き見かけますが、10周年と若いチェーンなのですね。
焼き鳥は定番串、ベーコンや豚バラの変わり種串、野菜串など充実。
タレ・ごま油塩・にんにく味噌・塩・ガリバタなど味のバリエーションは豊富ですね。
また茹でタン、馬刺しメニューもあります。
お邪魔した6月上旬は「から揚げ」フェア実施中でしたが、先ほど「ランタン」で食べたので遠慮することに。
まずは、さっぱりとしたお酒にすることに。
・ジャン・レモ＠498で乾杯。
すみれのレモンサワーは４種あります。
塩レモンサワー/生搾りレモンサワー/ガチレモンサワー/ジャン・レモがあります。
ジャンレモはレモンの旨味があるが、さらにレモン感を味わいたいのであれば、
ガチレモンサワーを勧めます。

串物は、全部レベル以上は維持している味わいです。
特に砂肝（ガリバタ醤油）は邪道な味付けですが、後を引きます。
つくねもつなぎがなく、肉だけの味わいです。
自家製タルタルと黒酢のチキン南蛮は、タルタルソースがたっぷりと。
メガポテトは、8種のソースから2種選べるが、2種ともチーズに。
これは意外とハマりますね。とろけたチーズをポテトとたっぷり絡めると、止まらないね。
社長は元レインズインターのご出身とのこと。
どおりで牛角ばりの「ガリバタ醤油」が冴えておりました。
チェーン店焼き鳥店だが、サービス良く、焼き鳥は良かった。
