代々木上原にありますカジュアルな田舎料理をベースにした正統派フレンチのpigeonさんに伺わせていただきました！
この日はランチでの訪問でしたが、予約で既に満席でした！
基本的にはシェフとサービスとの二人三脚で、席数もあるにも関わらずストレスなく提供されていて凄いなと思いました。
また、一品一品手間暇がかけて丁寧に仕上げられており、安定のおいしさでした。
お料理はビストロをベースにした田舎家庭料理のようなテイストでワインにも合うかなと思います。
ランチコースでワンドリンクで6000円行くか行かないかのかなりリーズナブルなお会計。
お店が存続できるのか心配になります。
シェフはいわゆる食の変態だと思います。
めちゃくちゃ料理に対してこだわりと誇りを持って料理と真摯に向き合う姿が見受けられました。
インスタ映えならぬ、インスタ萎えする正統派フレンチ笑
でも味の美味しさは確かです♪
