平日11:50 待ち3名
店内見回すと1巡目の方たち誰一人提供されてない。これは結構待つかな。
メニューは、
A チキンオニオンカレー
B ニラビーフコルマカレー
C 魚出汁フィッシュカレー
どれも魅力的だったので、A+B+Cで。
30分くらいで入店。
オーダーは伝えていたのですぐ提供。
まずチキンオニオンは、その名の通り玉葱や他の野菜たちの甘みが際立っていて、そこにハーブやスパイスで味を整えたヘルシーなカレー。辛さは控えめなので他のカレーと一緒に食べると更に美味しくなる。
ニラビーフコルマは、熱々。これまた炒めた玉葱の甘辛さと牛の旨みとスパイスで後引く旨さ。
他のカレーと合わせることで旨さ倍増。ダルカレーとの相性も抜群。
魚出汁は、もう笑っちゃうぐらい美味い。
前の2つでもう完全にやられちゃってるのに、そう来るかって感じ。
確かに魚介系の出汁だけど、そこにココナッツミルクというのがもう天才だわ。
食べ進めていくのが楽しいカレー。
個人的カレーランキングベスト3に入る。
カレーが食べたくなったら第一候補になるだろう。
