予約をしてお昼に来訪しました。
並んで券売機でラーメンを選ぶと、そこで予約を確認されてテーブルに案内されました。テーブルには予約者の名前カードが置かれていて、小さな烏龍茶のサービスがありました。
券売機は英語と日本語を選べるようになっていて、
海外のお客さんが多いのも納得しました(もちろんお味も美味しいですしね)
私は特製塩sobaを注文
ラーメンのチャーシューの上にあるソースを食べすすめてから溶かしてスープを変えたり、特製皿のトッピングを入れたりと 実験のように楽しみながら美味しくいただきました(^^)
とても凝ってるので高いお値段なのも納得ですけど、普段使いはできないかなぁ
特別なときにまた利用してみたいです！
