代々木上原駅から徒歩1分のとーーーっても素敵な鉄板焼き屋さん✨✨✨
今回いただいたのはスタンダードコース（13品）5,900円
まず季節の前菜7品盛り
器も美しく、初めからテンション上がる❣️
焼き胡麻豆腐～雲丹乗せ〜
トロトロで食べるのがもったいないくらい！
雲丹と蟹が贅沢に乗っていて幸せ
とんぺい焼きは関西出身の私にとってソースが懐かしい❣️
中には細かくカリカリに炒めた豚肉の変化球
この日の魚介料理はかにクリーム春巻き
これまた蟹たっぷり
シンガポールのチリクラブアレンジなのもおもしろい
A5雌和牛ステーキは脂のバランスも良く、食べた瞬間にとろけたーーー
最後は炭火でしっかり焼いていたのも香ばしくて美味❤️
〆は30分かけてじっくり焼き上げた分厚いお好み焼き
周りを豚肉で巻いている一手間が食感の変化を味わえ、他にはないお好み焼き
デザートの季節のフルーツパフェはシャインマスカットや赤ワインのコンポートの組合せ
アラカルトの種類も多く、他にもさらにリーズナブルなコースがあったり用途に合わせて利用できる
テーブル席もあるので女子会や飲み会でも
ノンアルもいろんな台湾茶があったり楽しめました
