お昼ごはん
■元気盛生醤油うどん¥1,375（税込）
千石から代々木上原に2021年移転オープンした『讃岐饂飩 元喜（さぬきうどん げんき）』。千石時代は、食べログのうどん百名店にも選出されていました。
代々木上原駅から徒歩2分ほど。平日のランチタイム13時頃に訪問。店内は広く、並びもなくすんなりと入店できました。
注文は、QRコードを読み取り、LINEで友達登録が必要なモバイルオーダー式。会員誘導の施策としてはアリでしょうが、やや気がひける笑。
注文したのは、冷たい「元喜盛生醤油うどん」。10分少々で到着。艶っぽく艶かしいうどんに、天ぷらの盛り合わせ。少しずつ醤油をかけて食べてくださいとのこと。指示通り、醤油を少しずつかけて食べるのですが、この醤油とうどんが旨い。ちょっと多めにかけて、完食。ツルムチな食感で、コシが強い。伸びも良く、なめらかさも持ち合わせ、元気でイキのいいおうどん。
天ぷらは、かしわ天・海老天・ちくわ天の3種類。衣厚めですが、油っぽさは特段ありません。海老天とちくわ天に合わせたように、かしわ天も細長い形状が特徴的。食べ応えも十分。
お値段は、やや張るものの、クオリティはちゃんとしたもの。都内で覚えておきたい讃岐うどんのお店です。
