きのこ肉つけうどん ¥1,342
開店から半時ほど過ぎた頃にお店に到着しました。ウィークディのこの時間、流石の人気店も空いています。
秋らしい料理を食べたかったので注文はきのこのつけうどん。
お料理が届き、早速うどんを箸で持ち上げるとほどよい重量感が箸から伝わります。あっ、こりゃ美味しいやつだと感じます。口中へ運ぶとちゅるりとした食感。おぉ、至福の瞬間。しっかりしたうどんだけど、歯応えを感じないちゅるり感。拙い表現で伝わるでしょうか。
つけ汁は色々きのこの他にはかぼちゃなんかも入っていて秋だなぁ。おうどんは熱もりと冷もりを選択できるのだけど、今日は熱いのを選択。冷して締めたうどんもいいかも。

千代田線のもう一方の終点、代々木上原駅に降り立ちこちらのお店に参ります。何を頂こうか迷った挙句の答えが肉ごぼう。
温かい肉うどんに牛蒡天が載っています。1センチ程の太さがある牛蒡を半割りにした天麩羅が3本。食べ応えがあります。天麩羅の衣のつき方も絶妙です。
トッピングは、揚げ餅。こちらも揚げ立てです。塩で頂いたり、丼のお汁に沈めたりして頂きました。
しかし、牛蒡天って美味いんだなぁ。地味な姿ですが、見直しました。ご馳走さまです。
