代々木上原駅東口からすぐそばのこちらのお店。
友人と、夕方にお茶をしたかったのですが
休日でどこも満席だったため、こちらに初訪問です。
こちらは、チェコのビール屋さん。
ビールは、チェコを代表するピルスナーウルケルの
1種類で勝負されています。
注ぎ方を5種類から選べます。
初めてだったので、ハラディンカを選択しました。
チェコの伝統的な注ぎ方で、先に泡を入れて
その下にビールを注いでいるとのこと。
泡の量はたっぷりで、苦味と甘味のバランスが
良く、クリアな味わいでした。
綺麗に洗浄されているのが分かる、クリアな
味で美味しかったです。
時間がなかったので、一杯でおいとましましたが、
今度はお料理とかゆったり食べてみたいです。
