I visited this restaurant after seeing a sign saying that Rendang is the world's most delicious dish, chosen by CNN, next to Massaman Curry that was on display at the store. Have a bottle of Bintang beer before your meal! My first impression of rendang was that it was Ethnic Cuisine style beef stew made with coconut! This may be the amount of water it should have, but considering the compatibility with the rice, I thought it would be good to have a little more broth. But basically I think it's a well-made and well-balanced plate. The food is good, but since the main store is in Shonan, the cafe has a different atmosphere than the outside atmosphere, and Rendang seems to be rented until the end of June, so I'm looking forward to dinner and the next lunch.
