I came here because I wanted to eat soba. I had the Tsukesoba with Yongen pork and spring cabbage. The soba itself is satisfying with its firm texture and smooth texture, but the pork in the dipping sauce is soft and sweet! The meat was so sweet and tender that it had no smell and I was amazed when I took a bite. I wonder if the texture of the spring cabbage is changed while retaining its crunchiness. It was crunchy and delicious. Even though it was a dipping sauce, the flavor was not too strong and it was delicious, so I also had the soup. This is a store I would like to visit again.
