駅前だけど、車の通れない路地にあるので意外と目立たない場所なんですよね。オープンして2ヵ月ほど。「愛される町寿し」コンセプト通りリーズナブルな価格設定なので、逆に味に不安がありましたが、良い意味で裏切られました。
このお店の2本柱は「おでん」と「お寿し」
そして、日本酒に詳しいサービスの大重さんによる
面白いセレクションとそれに纏わる会話も楽しい店
他に一品料理で揚げ物などなどがあります
イワシフライと法蓮草のおひたしをオーダー
おでんは鹿児島知覧鶏の白湯に焼きあごのWスープ
このスープがとても良かったです
九州くくりで柚子胡椒が添えられているのも
このおでんにはピッタリ
単品で卵・太田屋さんの京がんも(もしやこの太田屋は代々木上原の太田屋豆腐店さんカナ？)
手ごねつくね串を頼みましたが
どれも◎

でお願いししてみました
にぎり、悪くないです〜！
酢飯は赤酢ですが主張しないタイプ
お米のざらつきはちょっと気になりましたが
普通の町寿しより美味しいレベルですね
ネタも臭みも全く無く
ちゃんと処理されていました
お酒は
焼酎・ちょっと寒い日だったので熱燗w
そしてGOTOJUN
熱燗もそれに適した日本酒をセレクトしてくれて◎
お会計は沢山食べて飲んで1人¥8,000程度
これは通ってしまいそうです
